What's the price of your product?

It depends on the quantity of your order;

The bigger of the order's quantity is, the more favorable the price is.

What about the transportation methods?

China Post、 Express(Fedex, UPS )、Ocean Shipping、Other special line channels, but you need overtake the shipping fees by yourself

The shipping fees depend on the transportation way that you chose.

Express is normally the quickest but also thre most expensive;

The sea transportation is more suitable for the large orders.

Only if we know the details of the order and other conditions, could we recommend the most approriate transportation way for you.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union ,PayPal,  Credit cards, Telegraphic Transfer

How long can I get the package?

China Post: 7-20 days

Express(Fedex, UPS ): 3-7 days

Ocean Shipping: 18-40 days

Other special line channels: 12-20 days

Can you customize own style?

Yes, of course.

You need provide clear pictures of products,

and tell us the details about the points. Then confirm the color、size、quantity.

One color, one size, MOQ : 200 pieces.
50% downpayment, the rest need to be paid before delivery.
It usually takes 15-25 days to finish the process of production;

Of course the exact schedule need being decided by the quantity of the order.

Can I share the items on social media?

We encourage everyone to share DANSHOW items that they have ordered.

However, one point need to be noticed. Please don’t forget to tag us @ilovedanshow.

We might hope you share your photo on our social media channels

to talk about the real feelings of purchasing and help other buyers make judgements.

Can I make changes to my order?

Before the order is taken into production, we hope u could tell us the new changes as soon as possible.

Then our factory could have more space to make adjustments in time;

We would make a final confirmation before producing.Once the order has been placed to the factory

and the workers are making it, or the order has been finished, you cannot make further changes to your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed and is out for shipping, you cannot cancel the order anymore.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the day you get the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. So you'd best check it carefully after receiving the goods. And contact us during these 30days if there is any problems.

To be eligible for a return : Your item must be unused and in the same condition when it arrives. It must also be in the original package.

Refunds
Once your returning is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will send u the refund by your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
